Ride + Stride for Dorset churches will take place as usual on the second Saturday in September – this year that is Saturday 13th. Please mark your diaries to keep the day free for a great day out on your bike or on foot. Full details will appear on the event’s web site and will be sent to local Church Reps, formerly Parish Organisers, in June. This year we are encouraging our supporters to widen the range of R+S activities beyond riding or walking to include anything physical for which you can obtain sponsorship. What about lap swimming in your local pool, spinning on an exercise bike or rowing on a rowing machine?
