Discover what species live in the water 

Join us for a fun, practical session led by estate manager Hannah and our volunteer team. Using our pond dipping platform we will dip in the drove pond and identify the species there.  Learn the names of what you find and how they contribute to the health of the water and the wider ecology of the farm. 

No need to book, just turn up on the day (£5 per family).

Four dipper sessions: 

To allow everyone to get the time and space to enjoy their pond dipping session, we will run five timeslots, with 4 dippers max in each slot. 

2.00pm-2.30am

2.30pm-3.00pm  

3.30pm-4.00pm 

4.00pm-4.30pm  

4.30pm-5.00pm

Essential Information

• £5 per family, payable on the day   
• Suitable for adults and children (all children must be accompanied by an adult)
• Wellies or sturdy shoes required as well as appropriate clothing for the activity and the weather
