Bill from Cranborne Chase Cider will guide you through a selection of his crafted and fine ciders, sharing insight into the processes behind each one.Alongside this, Peter from Book & Bucket Cheese Co will introduce a range of five or six artisan cheeses, explaining their production, the stories behind their names, and how to perfectly pair them with each cider.
