In June we held our first virtual meeting via Zoom. We will be holding the next one on the 7th of July. Should you wish to attend please submit a request to the Parish Clerk at clerk@okefordfitzpaine-pc.gov.uk. You will be sent an email invitation in time for the meeting with logon and password details.
Should you wish to speak during the public open session please state this along with the subject and context. We will endeavour to include as many as the time allows for this session.
Okeford Fitzpaine’s Parish Council usually meets on the 1st Tuesday of each month throughout the year. Exceptions are:
- January, when there is usually no meeting,
- August, when there is usually no meeting, and
- Close to Bank Holidays, when the meeting can be postponed to be sure enough Parish Councillors and the Parish Clerk can attend.
Members of the public are welcome to observe and those who wish to speak about matters on the agenda, or which they would like to be discussed in future meetings, will be given an opportunity to do so.
Minute of previous meetings, and agendas for forthcoming meetings, are available at notice boards around the parish and may also be viewed online on the Parish Council’s web site. There is also an ‘Open Items’ spreadsheet which lists ongoing matters and forms part of the agenda.
