Okeford Fitzpaine’s Parish Council meets on the 1st Tuesday of each month throughout the year with the exception of:

• a couple of months when there is little business to conduct and
• some bank holiday (and other) holidays.

The latest information will always be on the Parish Council’s web site and is also displayed on the Parish Council’s notice boards (near the bus shelter at the centre of the village, on the wall of the Fiddleford Inn, and at Church Walk in Belchalwell).

Members of the public are welcome to observe and those who wish to speak about matters on the agenda, or which they would like to be discussed in future meetings, will be given an opportunity to do so.

Minute of previous meetings, and agendas for forthcoming meetings, are available at notice boards around the parish and may also be viewed online on the Parish Council’s web site. There is also an ‘Open Items’ spreadsheet which lists ongoing matters and forms part of the agenda.
