\"\"As you are probably all aware by now, a lockdown has been imposed for England for most of November. This will run from Thursday 5th<\/sup> November until 02nd<\/sup> December.<\/p>\n

The print edition of Fippenny News for November had already been printed and was being distributed when the November lockdown was announced. As we learn more about the effect on any of the events in and around the parish which were mentioned in the magazine we’ll update this news article and make any changes we need to in the calendar pages of the web site.<\/p>\n

If you would like us to include information about support for residents of the parish, or other items of interest, please get in touch.<\/p>\n

After guidance from the government an Act of Remembrance will go ahead at 10.45am on Sunday 8th November at the war memorial.<\/div>\n

Short Mat Bowls Club<\/h2>\n

The Bowls club will not start now till the New Year. Hopefully we can have a meeting with all the members sometime in December and decide on a start date. ( Corvid permitting. ) Will keep you informed.<\/p>\n

All village hall\u00a0 bookings from Thursday onwards are cancelled. Hopefully\u00a0 we can reinstate these from 2nd<\/sup> December. The yoga class scheduled for 4th<\/sup> November has also been cancelled.<\/div>\n
