In this special writing workshop, Fiona Benson PhD will facilitate poetry creations with people from Ukraine and their host families.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Fiona Benson PhD is the author of four award-winning collections of poetry: Bright Travellers, Vertigo & Ghost, Ephemeron & Midden Witch, as well as a poetry script Infamous Offspring for the choreographer Wim Vandekeybus which is currently touring in Europe. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature.<\/p>\n

She is an experienced poetry teacher and mentor and has taught workshops to Ukrainian refugees both in Exeter and online. She edited Artur Dron\u201ds We Were Here (trans. Yuliya Musakovska), co-translated Yaryna Chornohuz\u2019s Dasein (trans. Amelia Glaser) and is currently working on translations of Yuliya Musakovska\u2019s Stones and Nails (with Valzhya Mort) and Fedir Rudyi\u2019s The Position (with Victor Shepelev)<\/p>\n
